Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphics and DTP Designer located in Delhi, India. The Graphics and DTP Designer will be responsible for creating visual content including layouts, illustrations, and infographics for reports, presentations, and digital platforms. Tasks include designing marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency, managing desktop publishing tasks, and collaborating with internal teams to conceptualize new design ideas. The designer will also contribute to the overall visual identity of the organization and ensure alignment with AEEE’s vision and goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong skills in creating professional layouts, infographics, and illustrations.
  • Experience in desktop publishing, including formatting and preparing documents for digital and print mediums.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainable development, or environmental topics is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
