This is not a typical sales role.


Our client is presenting an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual with entrepreneurial skills who is interested in joining a brand-new company who are investing in the clinical waste and aesthetics industry. You’ll be joining with a view to challenging the dominance of the “big waste” providers with a premium, specialist service tailored to the aesthetics industry.


In this newly created role, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a network 500 flagship clinics, positioning the business as the go-to partner for compliance-led, discreet, and high-end clinical waste solutions.


You’ll take full ownership of business development across the aesthetics market, driving growth through a proactive, hands-on approach.


Key responsibilities will include identifying and winning new business across aesthetic clinics, skin clinics, and medical spas as well as managing the full sales cycle from cold outreach through to signed contracts. You will build relationships with clinic owners and decision-makers and represent the business at key industry events such as ACE and CCR.


Candidates should have a proven track record in clinical waste sales or strong experience selling into the aesthetics / medical clinic sector with a solid understanding of EWC codes, HTM 07-01, and upcoming licensing regulations.


Our client is looking for someone with a true “hunter” mentality – comfortable generating own leads and opening new doors with strong communication skills and the ability to engage high-end, professional clients.

It is anticipated that candidates will be commercially driven, self-motivated, and excited by a zero-to-one growth journey.
