We are seeking an organized, skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our hardworking team of changemakers. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will provide project and logistical support for our Communications Team, helping to ensure resources we develop for our municipal and community partners are rolled out in an organized and timely fashion. You will be an integral part of this team and your role will directly support the ability of our partners to expand their reach and ensure residents and small businesses across the Commonwealth can benefit from nation-leading energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized, accurate tracking systems for projects and materials created. You will be responsible for keeping the status of materials updated and organizing marketing requests. Your responsibilities may include:
    • Initiating intake and identifying action items and/or next steps
    • Communicating updates to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Monitoring the progress of the project and materials, from intake through completion
  • Coordinate the review and approval of marketing materials.
Many Materials Used In Community Outreach Require Reviews And Approvals By External Partners And All In Energy Staff. Your Responsibilities May Include:

  • Sharing community and vendor-created marketing materials with the necessary reviewers, both internal and external
  • Gathering feedback from necessary stakeholders and reviewers
  • Triggering translation requests to ensure a smooth and timely delivery
  • Manage the organization and process of duplicating templated materials.

We Support Over 50 Community Teams To Do Outreach And They Are Most Effective When a Trusted Messenger And/or Brand Is Reflected In Their Materials. Your Responsibilities May Include:

  • Gathering required content
  • Updating content based on request
  • Adjust materials for events and outreach
  • Support the logistics for mailers and ordering of materials, as needed.

We Manage Dozens Of Mailers Co-branded With Our Partners Per Year And Provide Them With Materials To Actively Engage Residents And Small Businesses. Your Responsibilities May Include:

  • Gathering necessary information from partners
  • Collecting and integrating feedback
  • Coordinating signatures and approvals
  • Managing logistics with external vendors
  • Support the Communications Team with miscellaneous projects, as needed, to support our mission and the communities we serve.

Qualifications:

  • Passionately embraces the mission of All In Energy with a strong commitment to addressing global climate change, equitable clean energy access, and racial, economic and environmental justice
  • Comfort using Google Workplace applications (i.e. Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
  • Experience using Canva
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to create and maintain clear organizational systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative, learn quickly and creatively problem solve
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and as a part of a small, nimble team
  • Successful completion of a background check and 4-panel drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese, both written and spoken
  • Experience with coordinating material reviews
  • Comfort communicating in writing with external vendors or partners
  • Experience integrating brand requirements into materials
  • Comfort with project management tools, such as Asana and Gantt charts or similar
  • Experience using graphic design softwares, like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Mass Save programs

  • Part-time hourly non-exempt 20 hours per week position
  • Compensated at $28.88 per hour
  • Fixed term employment through the end of 2026 with possible option to renew into 2028
