Solar Sales-Experience Required

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in solar sales, with the ability to engage with clients and drive revenue growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Typical duties to include:

  • Generate leads and complete the sale with qualified residential or commercial prospects
  • Educate clients on solar technology, financial incentives, and long-term savings.
  • Create personalized solar presentations to facilitate solar sales.
  • Maintain strong client relations and provide ongoing solar support after project completion
  • Research and stay current on all local regulations, incentive programs and emerging technologies.
  • QA/Pre-punch list walks with follow up reports and tracking
  • Coordinate onsite deliveries with suppliers and general contractor/home owners

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ Solar experience required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of solar energy systems, financing, and installation timelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM/solar design tools a plus).
  • Proficiency with Windows based operating system, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, stair towers, and not afraid of heights.
  • Valid driver’s license for local traveling
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Experience with Bluebeam is preferred but not required.
