Agricultural Engineer

We are seeking a full-time Agricultural Engineer for a remote position.
The ideal candidate must have experience in product registration with the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCaE) in the UAE, hold a valid practicing license from the ministry, and have strong expertise in wastewater treatment and compost production.
AlgoBio Technology is currently launching its own compost production line, and we are looking for a professional who is familiar with composting processes, technologies, and UAE regulatory standards.
• Manage regulatory processes and ensure compliance with UAE agricultural and environmental standards.
• Oversee product registration with MOCCaE.
• Develop and implement wastewater treatment solutions for sustainable agriculture.
• Support the setup and optimization of compost production operations.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to farmers.
• Design and improve irrigation and pest control strategies.
• Plan and execute agricultural projects focused on environmental sustainability.
Qualifications• Proven experience with MOCCaE product registration in the UAE.
• Valid practicing license from the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
• Expertise in wastewater treatment and compost production for agricultural applications.
• Experience with import procedures and documentation related to agricultural products in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation, pest control, and soil management.
• Background in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in sustainable farming practices is a plus.
