About the Role

As a Sales Working Student (Prospecting), you’ll support the sales team by researching and identifying target companies and decision-makers, building and maintaining high-quality lead lists. You’ll work as part of the Growth team to identify strong prospects and contribute directly to achieving our sales targets.

Your Job

  • Prospecting & research: Identify and research target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn and prospecting tools such as Apollo and Lusha.
  • Sustainability analysis: Review companies' sustainability statements and ESG-related disclosures to understand key challenges and priorities.
  • Insight-driven outreach: Translate research insights into clear notes and triggers to support personalised outreach.
  • Build pipeline: Support pipeline generation by delivering high-quality, well-qualified prospects to the sales team.
  • CRM excellence: Maintain clean and up-to-date records in HubSpot, including contacts, companies, and detailed notes.
  • Reporting: Share regular updates on prospecting progress, lead quality, and results with the Growth team.

About you

  • You want to make an impact: You’re motivated by contributing directly to the growth of a purpose-led business.
  • You’re interested in a career in sales or growth: This role is your entry point into B2B SaaS sales, growth, or revenue operations.
  • You’re diligent in your research: You enjoy digging into company websites, LinkedIn profiles, and public information to identify the right accounts and decision-makers.
  • You think in insights, not just lists: You can analyse sustainability statements, ESG disclosures, and carbon plans to spot relevant pain points and opportunities.
  • You have experience with HubSpot: You maintain clean, well-structured CRM data and proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation.
  • You’re comfortable with prospecting tools: You’ve worked with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and/or Lusha (or are keen to learn fast).
  • You want to learn and grow: You actively seek feedback and apply it to continuously improve your research and prospecting quality.
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

What We Offer

  • Career launchpad: Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, VC-backed startup, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
  • Competitive compensation: Base salary above minimum wage with potential to exceed €20 per hour when hitting targets
  • Coaching and growth: Structured onboarding, regular one-to-one sessions, and mentorship from experienced sales professionals
  • Great location: Work in Kreuzberg, Berlin, next to the canal, with access to a modern co-working space
  • Team culture: Weekly brunches and monthly team sessions (lunch & learns, offsites, or half-day retreats).
  • International exposure: Collaborate with a global team (UK & EU)
  • Team environment: Join a young, agile, and diverse team built on transparency and autonomy
