Role Description The Maintenance Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves supporting the upkeep and smooth functioning of solar and related equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with equipment maintenance checks, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance activities for solar installations and building systems. The Maintenance Assistant will help identify issues, report them to senior technicians or supervisors, and follow maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. The role may also involve coordinating with vendors, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to support solar systems and related infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess skills in Building Maintenance and general Maintenance to assist with facility upkeep and minor repairs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and vendors and to document maintenance activities clearly.
- Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems, especially in solar or renewable energy environments, is beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety protocols, work with tools and equipment, and adhere to maintenance schedules.
- Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or technical support roles is an advantage.
- High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field is preferred.
