Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Fundraiser based in the Netherlands. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to attract donors and investors interested in climate-tech and carbon offset projects. Key responsibilities include identifying funding opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, creating compelling proposals, and engaging with institutional donors and corporate partners. The role will involve contributing to the financial sustainability of AirToTree while aligning with the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in donor engagement, relationship management, and fundraising strategy development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating persuasive proposals and conducting presentations
  • Proven ability to research funding opportunities, manage data, and analyze financial needs
  • Experience in environmental sustainability, climate change, or related fields is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration and cross-sector engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with EU funding frameworks or similar initiatives is a plus
  • Experience with family offices and philanthropic organizations a big plus
