Role Description

The Environmental & Sustainability Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role is responsible for supporting environmental and sustainability projects, including monitoring air quality, conducting environmental assessments, and contributing to green building and performance verification projects. The individual will assist in developing and implementing environmental policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Daily tasks include data collection and analysis, coordinating with project teams and clients, and communicating findings and recommendations to improve environmental performance and wellbeing outcomes. The role also involves staying informed on emerging sustainability standards and best practices to enhance Airscan’s service offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates should possess skills in Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering,Environment Health and Safety (EHS) or a related field2–5 years of professional experience in air quality monitoring, environmental data analysis, or a closely related field.Hands-on experience with environmental sensors, IoT devices, or field data collection systems
• Candidates should possess skills in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Policy.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Relevant academic background in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze environmental data, prepare structured reports, and support certification or audit processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in air quality, green buildings, or environmental performance projects is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits (as needed).
