We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the public sector and B2B markets. This role is perfect for someone who excels at turning funding opportunities, government programs, and industry partnerships into long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify opportunities: Research government contracts, rebate and incentive programs, and public funding aligned with our services.

  • Build partnerships: Develop relationships with public agencies, nonprofits, program administrators, property managers, architects, general contractors, and developers.

  • Pursue new business: Lead outreach efforts in the public and B2B space, positioning AirGanic as a trusted partner in clean energy and HVAC solutions.

  • Stay market-smart: Monitor bid portals, track industry trends, and represent AirGanic at networking events across Washington.

  • Support proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, capability packages, and timely follow-ups.

  • Maintain pipeline: Log activities, contacts, and opportunities in our CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in business development, government contracts, construction, or energy programs.

  • Track record: Proven ability to build lasting relationships and secure clients or contracts.

  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with public procurement, affordable housing, energy rebate programs, or clean energy initiatives is a strong plus.

  • Professional skills: Excellent communication, persistence, and ability to work independently with strong follow-through.

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and basic proposal formatting.
