We are looking to add a hybrid Global Project, Energy, and Infrastructure Finance Associate (Mid-Level Associate: 3-5 years) to the team at our Los Angeles office - this is an opportunity to be supporting the market-leading Project Finance and Tax practice team, within a dynamic, and collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in renewable energy transactions, particularly involving tax-equity financings, tax credit monetization, and investments in partnership structures that own assets such as wind and solar projects
  • A strong foundation in project finance, with exposure to energy transition, natural resources, and/or infrastructure sectors
  • PREFERRED: A strong academic record and prior training at a leading law firm
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
  • Base Salary range: $250,000 - $370,000 (or DOE)
