Role Description

The Customer Success Consultant will focus on engaging with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing personalized support, and building long-term relationships. The role involves analyzing customer data to identify needs, addressing challenges, and presenting appropriate solutions that align with client goals. As a hybrid role located in Campinas, SP, this full-time position allows some work-from-home flexibility while requiring occasional on-site presence.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Analytical Skills for identifying customer needs and deriving valuable insights
  • Excellence in Communication to convey solutions effectively and build trust
  • Knowledge of agriculture, agri-tech, or sustainability solutions is a plus
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Sustainability, or a related field
