Role Description:
The Sustainability Intern (AI and Climate-Tech) will support research, development, and implementation of AI-driven and climate-tech solutions for sustainable agriculture. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing environmental and agricultural data, assisting in modeling and simulation for climate resilience, and contributing to the design of tools that help farmers optimize resource use. The intern will also work on general back-office operations and day-to-day workflow activities. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document findings, prepare reports and presentations, and support pilot projects focused on precision farming and sustainability. This is a full-time, unpaid on-site internship role based in Singapore, and is open to Singapore Permanent Residents only.

Qualifications:
- Foundational knowledge in sustainability, environmental science, agriculture, or related fields, with interest in climate-tech and green innovation.
- Basic understanding of data analysis or AI concepts (e.g., machine learning fundamentals, data visualization, or statistical methods) and willingness to learn industry tools.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize technical information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports, presentations, and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate initiative, and manage tasks independently in an on-site setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Agricultural Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with programming or data tools (such as Python, R, or GIS software) and exposure to climate or agricultural datasets is an advantage.
