What the Role Delivers
We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our EMEA team, responsible for driving supply planning, and inventory optimization across a defined product portfolio.
This role will be directly responsible for creating and monitoring supply plans for the defined portfolio based on forecast, buffering and stock on hand as well as all actions related to inventory counts for the EMEA region with 83 stock holding facilities.
It also requires the ability to leverage digital tools and automation solutions (especially within Microsoft 365 and SAP environments) to improve planning efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making.
This position is based in Valencia and requires close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
· Develop supply plans for allocated portfolio based on forecast, stock levels, and production constraints
· Monitor inventory levels and drive optimization (safety stock, slow-moving, excess stock)
· Coordinate replenishment needs across EMEA hubs and Global Supply chain
· Collaborate with Commercial, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to align planning with
operational constraints
· Ensure visibility of risks and gaps between demand and supply
· Monitor execution of supply plans and follow up on deviations
· Identify and mitigate risks such as stockouts, delays, and urgent shipments
· Leverage digital tools to improve planning processes and data visibility
· Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within planning activities
· Use Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate) and SAP to streamline workflows and
reporting
· Support seasonal planning and inventory balancing across the supply chain
· Support Ops leads with data related to inventory and drive optimum inventory and stock availability based on updated demand plan
· Responsible for the Inventory count process in EMEA: Collaborate with service providers on Stock counts, Stock variance analysis and stock Adjustments for the EMEA region in SAP.

What the Job Requires
· Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Data Analytics or similar)
· 2-4 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory planning or Supply Chain Analytics
· Experience working with ERP and planning systems (SAP R3 / S4 HANA preferred)
· Experience and Understanding of MRP principles
· Advanced Excel skills (data modelling, large datasets, scenario analysis)
· Ability to organize meetings with large audience and generate actions & Follow ups.
· Very strong organizational and communication (written/Oral) skills.
· Good Coordination skills with other functions within Supply chain and outside (Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial), capacity to create consensus.
· Pragmatism and capacity to work with changing priorities.
· Ability to use digital tools and improve processes to improve efficiency will be advantageous.
