What the Role Delivers
- This role plays a pivotal role in driving the monthly S&OP/ IBP process for an assigned portfolio with the key objective to effectively translate commercial insights and analytics into an accurate consensus forecast and Regional Supply plan and monitoring of execution.
- Inventory Management and Supply planning for sites in portfolio by monitoring high level capacity and informing sequence of production plan based on insights from commercial meetings to optimize inventory for assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
In order of relative importance
- Facilitate monthly forecast consensus meetings to translate commercial insights and analytics into an accurate consensus forecast.
- Load and Maintain Forecast in relevant template / system on time
- Responsible for all S&OP/IBP Demand related KPI reporting and compiling decks to relevant stakeholders
- Estimate reporting and updates as and when required to Commercial Enablement
- Collaborate with global Commercial team, Commercial operations, Finance , Supply planning and Production teams with all information and requests related to forecast for assigned portfolio
- Support Ops leads with data related to inventory and drive optimum inventory and stock availability based on updated demand plan
- Supply planning and Inventory management for Finished goods for Regional plants and supply sites in your portfolio.
- Responsible for seasonal Supply plan, based on existing stock and balance with production requirements.
- Follow up of the overall supply cycle related to Service activities including coordination with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales.
- Responsible for Inventory management in terms of required replenishments and their execution, returns of product at season end and stock reconciliations in coordination with Logistics and Customer service.
- Monitoring of Analytics and optimization of Stock items (slow moving, minimum quantities, Safety stock)
- Monitoring of the delivery plan up to final Storage locations.
- Supervision of inventory consumption and replenishments needs, up to inventory reconciliations and returns of unused stock.
- Follow up on needs for specific equipment related to Service activities at customers requiring close coordination with purchasing.

What the Job Requires
- Relevant Master’s Degree (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Data Analytics)
- Fluent in English, another language as a plus
- 5 years of experience in Supply & Demand Planning, or as Supply chain analyst in a corporation with remote locations outside Spain.
- 5 years of Experience with SAP R3 (ideally version S4 HANA) SAP R2 is mandatory for the position.
- Strong competencies in Advanced Excel, Power BI/QI as a plus
- Proven experience in monitoring activities engaging multiple departments, or cross functional projects.
- Ability to organize meetings with large audience and generate actions & Follow ups.
- Very strong organizational and communication (written/Oral) skills.
- Good Coordination skills with other functions within Supply chain and outside (Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial), capacity to create consensus.
- Pragmatism and capacity to work with changing priorities.
- Good understanding of different business models (Direct Sales, Consignment, Distribution, Service orders).
