The Fund fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange among organizations and movements driving agroecological solutions at local, regional, and global levels. Guided by experienced international advisors, it has supported over 350 organizations across 70 countries, allocating nearly $10 million since 2012 to foster impactful change.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Grant Lead, based in London. The Grant Lead will oversee the grant-making process, including reviewing applications, coordinating with grantees, and ensuring timely reporting. They will support the management of funding cycles, assess grantee performance, and align grant initiatives with the organization’s mission. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, building relationships with partners, and advancing learning exchanges to strengthen the agroecology movement.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in grant management, budget oversight, and financial analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including skills in report writing, proposal review, and partner negotiations
  • Experience in program evaluation, performance monitoring, and impact assessment
  • Knowledge of agroecology, sustainable agriculture, social justice, environmental conservation, or related fields
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to collaborate in a multicultural and multilingual environment
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, as well as independently
