Role Description The Technical Head is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the technical operations and service delivery for solar projects. This role oversees system design, installation quality, technical support processes, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Technical Head will guide and mentor technical teams, coordinate training programs, and ensure efficient resolution of customer issues. Daily activities include reviewing project plans, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing technical workflows, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to deliver reliable solar solutions.

- Familiarity with relevant regulations, subsidies, and government solar schemes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects on-site.
