Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Head of Sales Operations is based in Pune. The individual will oversee and optimize sales operations while driving efficiency and productivity within the sales team. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing business plans, analyzing sales data for process improvements, and ensuring alignment between sales teams and organizational goals. Additionally, this role requires managing sales reports and forecasts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales Operations and Sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Business Process Improvement
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Experience in or knowledge of the renewable energy or rural sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
