Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts & Admin Executive based in Jaipur. The role involves managing petty cash, maintaining financial records, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, handling GST compliance, and utilizing accounting software for day-to-day operations. Additionally, the executive will support administrative activities to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Petty Cash and Accounting Software
- Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and financial regulations
- Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements
- Background in Finance with attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with rural or agriculture-related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for financial reporting
