An early-stage, values-driven investment platform is seeking an Investor to join its growing team. The firm is an evergreen investment vehicle backing technology-led businesses that enable the transition from linear to circular economic systems.
The platform invests globally at Seed to Series A, with a particular focus on Europe, the US, and India. Its strategy centres on sustainable chemistry, advanced recycling, novel materials, and industrial innovation, combining long-term capital with deep sector expertise.
This is a rare opportunity for a scientifically-trained investor to work at the intersection of venture capital, sustainability, and applied science.
The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Investor will play a hands-on role across the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and diligence through to portfolio support.
The role blends scientific expertise (chemistry / biochemistry) with commercial judgement and venture execution, working closely with founder-scientists to help translate breakthrough technologies into scalable businesses.

- Portfolio Support
Work closely with portfolio companies post-investment, supporting strategy, commercialisation, and scaling. Act as a trusted partner to technical founders.
- Ecosystem & Industry Engagement
Represent the firm at conferences, demo days, and industry events. Build relationships with co-investors, advisors, and strategic partners.
- Internal Research & Strategy
Contribute to thematic research and investment thesis development across emerging sustainability sub-sectors.
