About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team in Berlin. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering features for our innovative platform that simplifies the process of obtaining and managing government energy subsidies. You will work closely with our technical founder and CTO to build a robust, scalable infrastructure that integrates cutting-edge AI tools and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with a passion for leveraging AI and machine coding to enhance product functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause—accelerating the energy transition—while growing your technical expertise in a collaborative environment. The role is full-time, based in Berlin, with flexible remote work options, including two days per week from home and a dedicated remote month in February.

Qualifications
- Technisches Studium und solide Grundlagen der Informatik
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Sicher im Full-Stack: Frontend (React, JavaScript, TypeScript) und Backend (NestJS, PostgreSQL)
- Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten, insbesondere in KI-Tools wie Claude, Cursor, Codex
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Machine-Coding und KI-gestütztem Workflow
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Proaktive Denkweise und Teamfähigkeit
- Entwicklung und Auslieferung von Features im React-Frontend und NestJS-Backend, basierend auf Supabase/Postgres, um die Plattform funktional und benutzerfreundlich zu gestalten
- Arbeiten in einer containerisierten Infrastruktur mit Docker, um eine stabile und skalierbare Umgebung zu gewährleisten
- Nutzung von KI-Coding-Tools wie Claude Code täglich, um Architektur und Codequalität zu verbessern
- Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung der Produktarchitektur sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur
- Proaktives Einbringen von Ideen zu Produkt, Architektur und Prozessen, um das Wachstum und die Effizienz des Teams zu fördern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Gründer und CTO, um technische Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
