Social Value Officer (Grade B)
AGH Solutions is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Social Value Officer to support the delivery of the Trust’s Social Value Strategy and Green Plan.
Working alongside the Sustainability Manager, the Social Value Officer will help coordinate social value initiatives, engage with stakeholders and partners, support community benefit activities, and monitor and report on social value outcomes. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to programmes that improve skills, employment, health and wellbeing, community engagement and environmental outcomes across the Trust and local communities.
Key Responsibilities Include
The post works within the Sustainability Team and supports the delivery, monitoring and reporting of the Trust's Social Value Strategy. There is no line management or budget responsibility, and decisions are escalated to the Sustainability Manager.

- Supporting initiatives relating to local employment, apprenticeships, volunteering,
- Collecting, monitoring and reporting data relating to social value activities and
- Preparing reports, dashboards, presentations and Green Plan reporting
- Organising meetings, events and stakeholder engagement activities.
