Agami Zero is actively advancing pilot and partnership discussions across Colorado and beyond while pursuing strategic collaborations in hydrogen systems, infrastructure deployment, and advanced electrolysis technologies.
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and execution-oriented Chief of Staff (CoS) to work closely with the founders and help support the company’s next phase of growth, commercialization, fundraising, and operational scaling.
Position Overview
This is a highly cross-functional role designed for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of:
- Strategy
- Operations
- Fundraising
- Partnerships
- Commercialization
- Startup execution
The Chief of Staff will work directly with the founders to improve organizational effectiveness, execution velocity, and strategic coordination across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure to company building within a fast-moving climate infrastructure and deeptech startup environment.
The role will evolve significantly as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support company-wide strategic initiatives and execution
- Help coordinate high-priority company goals and operational priorities
- Assist with commercialization and deployment planning
- Support cross-functional alignment across technical, operational, and business initiatives
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Support fundraising efforts and investor engagement
- Assist with investor materials, updates, and diligence processes
- Help coordinate fundraising workflows and strategic communications
- Support long-term infrastructure and commercialization planning
Strategic Partnerships
- Support relationships with strategic corporate partners, government agencies, infrastructure stakeholders, utilities, Research institutions, investors, and ecosystem partners
- Assist with partnership coordination, follow-ups, and strategic opportunities
Operations & Organizational Development
- Help establish scalable operating systems and internal processes
- Support leadership cadence, meeting structure, and execution tracking
- Assist with organizational planning and operational coordination
- Help identify and address operational gaps as the company evolves
Special Projects
This role will regularly support high-priority and fast-moving projects across multiple functions depending on company needs and growth stage.
Examples may include:
- Pilot deployment coordination
- Market and partnership research
- Government funding support
- Strategic initiatives
- Business operations support
- Commercialization planning

- Experience in startups, climate tech, energy, infrastructure, mobility, industrial technology, or deeptech environments
- Strong operational and strategic problem-solving abilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments
- Strong attention to detail and execution

Experience with:
- Climate infrastructure
