Our Climate, Your Future

Affine is a non-profit climate consultancy that bridges the gap between climate-aligned building transformation and sustainable real estate finance. We reshape how buildings and infrastructure are designed, improved, and financed. Our solutions prove that profitability and climate responsibility are mutually reinforcing. Our clientele and partners are broad, ranging from affordable housing providers to financial institutions — from development corporations and SMEs to First Nations communities.

The Opportunity

Our Board and Executive Director are scaling our team to support building owners and financial institutions with decarbonization, climate risk management, and sustainable finance. We're hiring a Consultant at the intersection of management consulting, energy transition, and finance—someone who takes ownership and has an entrepreneurial mindset. Managing priorities, staying on time and budget, and keeping everything on track are a given. The real value lies in being an independent and analytical thinker who can structure research, proactively execute work with an eye to the implications for our clients; run meetings with confidence and present with poise, and contribute to business development.

Join a passionate, mission-driven, fast-paced team making a real difference in decarbonization and sustainable finance innovation across BC and Canada.
