We’re a well-established solar tracking installation company seeking a Traveling Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support large-scale ground mount solar projects across the U.S. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a passion for machinery and travel, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge solar infrastructure while exploring new locations.

Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic machinery (e.g., post pounders, drill rigs)
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and circuit repairs
- Service diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems
- Conduct welding and fabrication as needed
- Ensure safe, efficient operation of all equipment on solar construction sites
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of heavy equipment experience (drill rig experience a plus)
- Strong skills in hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, and controls (CANBUS, PLC, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license (required upon hire)
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
