Co-Founder AI/ Tech (Equity-based role) - Climate Tech Startup
Equity-based role | Oxford / Remote (UK/EU)
About AeroSyn AI
AeroSyn AI is an Oxford-based climate tech startup building an AI platform for wind turbine operations and maintenance. Our goal is to help wind farms reduce downtime, predict failures earlier, and make smarter maintenance decisions using real-time data and AI insights.
Wind energy operators still rely on complex dashboards and reactive monitoring. AeroSyn AI is developing a next-generation intelligent system that transforms turbine data into clear operational insights, helping engineers detect problems earlier and prevent costly failures.
We have already developed the pilot version of the platform and are currently preparing early deployments with wind farm operators. As we move into the next stage of growth, AeroSyn AI is also planning to raise funding to scale the technology, expand the product, and accelerate industry adoption.
We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder who wants to build a deep-tech product in the renewable energy sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and wants to help shape the technical foundation of a climate-focused startup.
This is an equity-based role initially, with salary introduced once funding or revenue milestones are reached.

- Work with wind turbine SCADA and operational data
- Develop scalable infrastructure for data processing and analytics
- Collaborate on product roadmap and technology strategy

- Help shape the long-term technical vision of the company
We are looking for someone with experience or interest in areas such as:
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Data Engineering or Data Science
- Python, cloud infrastructure, or analytics platforms
- Energy systems, industrial data, or IoT (bonus)
- Startup or early-stage product development (bonus)
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who:
- enjoys building products from the ground up

- is motivated by climate and renewable energy innovation
- Co-Founder status
- Meaningful equity ownership
- Opportunity to build a climate-tech company from the early stage
- Exposure to the renewable energy industry and investors
- Ability to shape the technology and product vision
As the company grows and funding is secured, the role will transition to a full-time salaried leadership position.
