Descriptif mission
SEP CSR Director defines, coordinates and drives SEP's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy aligned to the 3 Pillars of the Safran CSR Strategy: Act for the Environment; Be an Exemplary Employer: Embody Responsible Industry. The level of leadership or involvements varies by the projects within these pillars. To support specific SEP strategies, this position leads the Life@Work label deployment and co-ordinates CSR related Compliance. The position ensures close alignment with Safran Group policies and SEP business priorities. Key Responsibilities / missions Deploy CSR policy and SEP CSR roadmap (including low carbon and life@work road maps) o Animate SEP climate, low carbon and Life@Work networks Coordinate CSR actions with the stakeholders : CSR, Climate, HR, HSE and operational departments Lead climate strategy: adaptation to climate change and emissions reduction across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 (energy, logistics, commuting, product sold, ) Foster and promote employee engagement, awareness and ownership of CSR objectives Ensure CSR governance, KPI monitoring, reporting and communication to Executive Committee, to the Group, to SEP stakeholders Contribute to the evolution of CSR strategy, commitments and targets Represent SEP in Group CSR, low carbon, well-being and adaptation networks. Be the relay and key point of contact for the Safran CSR Department o Communication of the Group CSR policy and of key messages from the CSR Department as needed o Implementation of the CSR communication plan o Participation in CSR Department routines (one 1-hour Teams meeting per month) o Ambassador for the Sustainability Academy and Engage4Good Coordinate CSR Compliance topics across SEP HR, ensuring all reporting and actions completed (Duty of Vigilance, Anti-Corruption, Conflict of Interest), deployment of training, relevant GRP processes are completed.
Knowledge on CSR governance, KPIs, reporting and compliance processes Good understanding of HR, wellbeing and Quality of Life at Work topics Understanding of climate topics (GHG Scopes 1 2 3, decarbonization levers) Communication and Influencing skills Resilience and perseverance in long term transformation projects Strategic thinking and ability to link sustainability with business performance Ability to navigate complex governance and decision making processes Leadership, autonomy, solution oriented mindset Listening skills and empathy High level of autonomy and accountability Cross functional and multi site global project management Change management, facilitation Fluent Professional English
