Construction Laborer - Drilling Operations

Position Overview:

The Construction Laborer will assist our drilling crews with daily site operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Work hours are Monday through Friday, up to 12 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drilling operators with daily site tasks and equipment setup.
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools around the jobsite.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, and site preparation.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Support team productivity by being reliable, on time, and adaptable to changing project needs.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 certification (required).
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to work long hours standing, walking, and performing physical tasks.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Construction or drilling experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (Some weekend work may be required)
• Up to 12 hours per day, with overtime as needed
