Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for a Relationship Manager (Central Sales). The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, guiding clients through the sales process, and maintaining strong communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role entails collaboration with internal teams and providing support in managing contracts and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and relationship management skills, including lead generation, client retention, and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to customers
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of renewable energy and solar technology is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role is preferred
