About the Role:

We're looking for a Junior Sustainability Consultant to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality sustainability advisory work for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sustainability or consulting career to build technical expertise, work directly with clients, and develop into a more senior consulting role over time.

You'll work closely with senior colleagues, supporting client projects across standards & certifications (e.g. B Corp, EcoVadis, ISO), climate risk & net zero and sustainability reporting, while developing your own skills in client management and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with client projects, including research, data collection, and analysis
  • Deliver support to companies looking to certify on the new B Corp standards, helping them get started on their B Corp journey
  • Help prepare client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and recommendations, under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Assist with day-to-day project coordination, including tracking timelines and actions
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders as needed, escalating appropriately to senior team members
  • Contribute to internal projects and process improvements as the team grows
  • Support the organisation with marketing and growth of our online channels (e.g. LinkedIn, newsletters)

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand the needs of different stakeholders
  • Ability to learn quickly; including technical knowledge, processes and platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Use of your initiative and proactiveness to navigate challenges and get things done
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for sustainability
  • A degree in Environmental Sciences, Geography, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is essential

Desirable Skills (not essential):

  • Knowledge of B Corp certification
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • 2+ years of experience working in the sustainability or consulting industry
  • A second language is desirable

Why Join Us:

We are a small but growing team and actively support you in your career development. It’s a fantastic opportunity to shape your own path, contribute meaningfully to a growing consultancy, and help organisations lead the transition to a more sustainable future.

We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our aim is to build a team that represents a wide array of demographics, including ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and age.
