About the Role

ActivSolar is hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing solar sales team. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a fast-growing industry with consistent income and real upside.

No solar experience required. We provide paid, hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for advancement into leadership roles.

In 2025, multiple first-year team members surpassed six figures in total earnings.

What You’ll Do

• Represent ActivSolar in the field and engage homeowners
• Educate prospects on clean energy programs
• Qualify interest and set solar consultations
• Follow a proven sales process with ongoing coaching

• Driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Able to commute to Westchester County, NY

Compensation

$4,500 – $10,500 per month
(Equivalent to $54,000 – $126,000 annually)
