Job Description
The Project Manager is tasked with planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Review and approve subcontractor/vendor contracts.
- Track costs, process change orders, and manage billing.
- Monitor profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to contract documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.

- Procore proficiency
- Experience with multi-family projects valued at 10+ million
- Clean driving record
- Strong project management skills
- Expertise in construction management
- Experience in construction documentation and project engineering
- Proficient in document control
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with projects up to 30 million in size
- Commercial construction experience
- Change order management
Work Environment
The role requires onsite presence in Waterbury at project sites once or twice a week. The company offers a car allowance ranging from $400 to $600 a month, depending on commute. This is a Permanent position based out of Waterbury, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
