Job Title: Project Manager - SLS ProgramJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to support the SLS program. This role involves day-to-day management and coordination with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure performance and deadlines are met. The Project Manager will work alongside the Senior Project Manager and assist with additional tasks as needed. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily activities with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
  • Ensure project performance and deadlines are met.
  • Assist the Senior Project Manager with additional tasks as required.
  • Implement risk management and schedule management strategies.
  • Interface effectively with customers to ensure project success.
Essential Skills
  • 3-5 years of project management experience within a production environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Strong project coordination and engineering skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with SLS or NASA projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with IPT management.
  • Strong risk management skills.
Work Environment This position is based onsite in Decatur, AL, within a dynamic production environment. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Trinity, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $65.00/hr.
