Job Title: Project Manager Job Description A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate an exciting greenfield project, focusing on expanding current facilities locally. Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplined project teams to complete projects on time and within budget, while meeting all quality, cost, schedule, and scope requirements.
- Execute projects by developing project goals and business objectives, finalizing scope and budget, creating project plans, and negotiating staffing with the Line of Business.
- Monitor and control project work, manage project data, report performance, and seek approvals from the project owner.
- Manage project procurement, delivery/installation, commissioning, qualification, change control, and project team activities.
- Ensure all facets of the program lifecycle align with the expectations set forth by the project owner.
- Monitor and report project progress.
- Consider project staffing plans needed to support projects and assemble the project team. Manage tasks and time for external staff closely.
- Maintain financial accountability for projects through purchase order creation, management, invoicing, and budget forecasting.
- Align with global programs and other site projects to actively share best practices, knowledge, and visions.
- Assist with any training required for personnel supporting the project.
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
- Project management experience, ideally 8-10 years.
- Experience managing a greenfield construction project from the ground up.
- Pharmaceutical project management experience in an aseptic operation.
