Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description A Field Service Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale environmental projects across various customer sites, ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations. This role manages emergency response activities, hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and other field service operations. The position works closely with supervisors, team members, and leadership to provide technical support, prepare proposals, and maintain strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates bring hands‑on environmental field experience, knowledge of federal/state regulations, and proven leadership capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee large-scale environmental projects at various customer sites.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Lead emergency response activities, including spill cleanup and hazardous waste management.
  • Conduct site remediation, including tank and pit cleaning.
  • Oversee equipment decontamination and hazmat handling.
  • Provide technical support and prepare proposals.
  • Maintain and foster strong customer relationships.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in emergency response and spill cleanup.
  • Knowledge of hazardous waste management and site remediation.
  • Proficiency in equipment decontamination and hazmat handling.
  • Understanding of federal and state environmental regulations.
  • 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • HAZWOPER Certification preferred.
  • OSRO Certification preferred.
  • ICS Training.
  • Experience in cost estimating and environmental remediation.
Work Environment The position offers a hybrid schedule, covering the territory from Kent to Olympia, with on-call duties once a week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
