Job Title: Engineering Account Manager Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to build and maintain deep, long-term relationships across client organizations at multiple levels. This role involves partnering with clients to understand their needs, goals, and industry-specific challenges, as well as monitoring performance and satisfaction to proactively address risks and ensure success. - Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients.

- Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning client needs with capabilities.
- Lead renewal and contract discussions, negotiating terms that are mutually beneficial.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing to ensure clients benefit from new offerings and enhancements.
- Leverage industry knowledge to provide relevant insights and thought leadership to clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, advising clients on best practices.
- Align cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Effectively manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Anticipate resource needs and escalate proactively to ensure commitments are met.
- Advocate for client needs internally, influencing product roadmaps and service improvements.
- Cultivate strong client champions to generate referrals and case studies.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or Client Success.
- Prior exposure to utilities, water, power, public-sector, or govtech industries strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills: clear, concise, and empathetic.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external resources to achieve outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills: able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of working cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
