Job Title: Project Manager Job Type: Contract-to-Hire / Full-Time We're seeking a Project Manager to lead all phases of project delivery-from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep field experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build trust with clients and teams alike. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle project delivery: estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
  • Manage field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop competitive bids and value-engineered solutions
  • Oversee financials, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications/Preferred Credentials
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Procore, CMiC, and Bluebeam
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
  • CSL certification
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience with commercial or high-end residential
  • Familiarity with LEED or sustainable building practices
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, RI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $86.53 - $96.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
