Work closely with the in-house design team to develop drawings, specifications, and material selections that bring projects to life. Administer contracts, coordinate schedules, and monitor safety and quality throughout construction. Handle budgeting, cost projections, and billing to maintain profitable and on-track projects. Secure all necessary permits and licenses while adhering to building and safety codes. Collaborate with estimating, bidding, and field teams to keep every phase-from design to closeout-on schedule. Tackle challenges like weather delays or design changes with creative solutions to minimize impact. Responsibilities

- 5 years of project management experience.
- Degree in civil or construction management.
- Experience in project management and construction management.
- Proficiency in design-build, industrial, or healthcare projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
- Construction field experience.
- Experience with change orders.
