Job Title: Architectural Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage all phases of architectural projects from concept through construction administration, with a focus on K-12 educational facilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary client liaison to ensure successful project delivery, meeting schedule, budget, and scope objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects from concept through construction administration.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and project delivery.
  • Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Participate in client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and community engagement sessions.
Essential Skills
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • 7+ years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of K-12 and/or healthcare projects.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA, and educational facility standards.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications + Licensed Architect preferred. Work Environment The role will be based in a dynamic and collaborative office environment, utilizing advanced design software such as Revit and AutoCAD. The position involves regular interaction with clients, consultants, and team members, necessitating excellent communication and organizational skills. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
