Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to support our construction client specializing in occupied healthcare renovations. The projects include work on radiology, doctor offices, hospitals, and medical equipment spaces.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare renovation standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients in healthcare construction settings.
- Implement infection control and hazard analysis protocols, ensuring dust mitigation and safety.
- Handle preconstruction and design-build phases, focusing on blueprint reading and MEP design comprehension.
- Facilitate change orders and push construction schedules to meet project timelines.
- Maintain professionalism and accountability in client-facing roles.
Essential Skills
- Occupied renovation experience
- Experience working in healthcare construction
- Knowledge and understanding of ICRA (infection control, hazard analysis, dust mitigation)
- Experience reading MEP designs, drawings, and blueprint plans
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and clients
- Ability to manage construction schedules and solve changes
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in design-build and preconstruction
- Familiarity with method of procedures in healthcare
- Proficiency with Adobe and Procore software
Work Environment
The work environment is a dynamic mix of office and job site settings. Project Managers typically handle 4-6 projects simultaneously within a 60-mile radius of Montgomery County, covering areas such as Delaware, Eastern Shore, Hagerstown, DC, NOVA, Woodbridge, VA, and Glenstone, PA.
