We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in tooling and industrial equipment procurement and installation. This role will lead end-to-end project execution for new equipment installations, upgrades, and tooling projects, ensuring alignment with production requirements, budget, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for tooling and equipment projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and evaluate suppliers for tooling and industrial equipment.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Installation & Commissioning
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment and tooling.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements during installation.
- Validate equipment performance and hand over to operations.
Budget & Reporting
- Track project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and cost efficiency.

This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
