Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will work on a 12-month data center project in Salt Lake City, with opportunities to transition to other projects upon successful completion. Responsibilities

  • Help with daily paperwork
  • Conduct field reports
  • Conduct site documentation
  • Manage project managers
  • Perform site walk downs
  • Conduct craft labor safety inspections
  • Complete any applicable site training
  • Ensure daily reporting is completed
  • Update OSHA 300 log (recordables)
  • Ensure that safe construction practices are utilized at all times
  • Coordinate projects
  • Maintain document control
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks
Essential Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a construction project coordinator on commercial or industrial construction projects or a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
  • Ability to be client-facing, well-spoken, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Familiarity with software such as Buildertrend and ACC
  • 2+ years of data center experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with project coordination
  • Strong document control skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work Environment The role involves working an average of 50-hour weeks, with potential for weekend work as project demands increase. The project is based in Salt Lake City, and upon successful completion, the opportunity exists to transition to other traveling projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $85.00/hr.
