Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee multiple small to medium-sized tenant interior renovation projects and smaller base-build projects. These projects range in value from $250k to $3 million and may include offices, small apartment buildings, and mixed-use buildings. Responsibilities

  • Manage several small to medium-sized tenant interior renovation projects and smaller base-build projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate daily with the superintendent, project assistant, and building owner through phone, text, and email.
  • Solicit bids from subcontractors and assist in the preparation of estimates and proposals.
  • Manage project finances and cost accounting using standard construction software.
  • Maintain the project budget and ensure it is met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with construction and real estate professionals with a focus on business development.
Essential Skills
  • Construction project management experience.
  • Proficiency in managing construction documents, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and blueprints.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Experience with budgeting and scheduling in commercial construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination and commercial construction management.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COLUMBIA, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
