Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager Job Description Ensure compliance with company safety programs and lead safety performance across project teams and subcontractors. Oversee daily construction operations and manage the successful execution of one or multiple projects. Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and risk management activities. Build and maintain client relationships, including handling proposals, contracts, and change orders. Implement and manage key sections of the Project Execution Plan, including staffing, procurement, and quality assurance. Direct RFP and bidding processes, subcontractor selection, and contract administration including RFIs, submittals, and change management. Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and earned value metrics. Coordinate with engineering and commissioning teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and startup activities. Mentor and train project staff, craft supervision, and interns while managing labor, staffing, and equipment resources. Oversee project closeout processes including documentation, warranty administration, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities

- Experience supporting or working for an IOU, preferably Exelon
- Multiple years of experience on construction project sites or executing program management in industries such as aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transportation, transmission & distribution, or water
