Project Manager
Description
- Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.
- Drive schedule risk analysis, identify critical paths, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead proposal estimation efforts and develop Statements of Work (SOW).
- Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management.
- Review project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare detailed status reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
- Implement mechanisms for monitoring progress and proactively resolve issues with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Current Active Secret Clearance or Above required to start
- Key Skills/Tools needed: Microsoft Project, Project Servers, EVMS for Project / for Project Schedule Analyzer, OpenPlan Professional
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project planning is required
- Former DoD project planning is required
- 6 years of experience in Master Planning
- 6 years experience in Microsoft Project
- 6 years experience in Project Management, Project Scheduling and Project Planning required
