Solutions Consultant (Remote – U.S.)

Reporting to: General Manager

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to play a critical role in driving revenue growth by supporting complex B2B sales cycles. This position focuses on technical pre-sales, solution design, and customer engagement, helping translate client challenges into impactful, value-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

· Partner with Sales teams to support customer engagements, product demonstrations, and complex bids/RFPs

· Translate customer challenges into compelling technical and commercial solutions

· Design tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives

· Support bid management and contribute to high-quality RFP responses

· Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle

· Collaborate with Product, Marketing, IT, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery

· Represent Achilles in customer meetings, industry events, and key forums

· Deep understanding of technical sales processes

· Knowledge of SaaS platforms and digital product environments

· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools

Experience Required

· 5+ years’ experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, or solution engineering

· Demonstrated success supporting complex B2B sales cycles

· Experience with bid management, RFP responses, and solution selling

· Proven contribution to revenue growth and pipeline development

· Experience working across global, cross-functional teams

· Background in supply chain, procurement, ESG, risk, or compliance solutions is essential

· Degree in Technology or equivalent relevant experience

· Professional certifications are advantageous
