Product Marketing Manager (Remote – U.S.)

Reporting to: General Manager


We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and campaign execution. This role focuses on defining compelling value propositions, driving product adoption, and aligning cross-functional teams to maximise market impact.


What You’ll Do

· Define and communicate clear, differentiated product value propositions

· Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches across key markets

· Develop high-quality sales enablement tools, training, and collateral

· Create impactful messaging frameworks aligned to product strategy

· Conduct market research, build customer personas, and analyze competitive trends

· Design and execute targeted campaigns to drive pipeline, adoption, and product usage

· Act as the voice of the customer to inform product development and positioning

· Ensure alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, IT, and Customer Success teams


What You’ll Bring

· Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

· Strong commercial awareness with a strategic marketing mindset

· Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment

· Strong analytical and market insight capabilities

· High level of ownership, creativity, and results orientation

· Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies

· Knowledge of SaaS platforms and digital product environments

· Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and CMS platforms


Experience Required

· 5+ years’ experience in product marketing or related B2B marketing roles

· Demonstrated success in product launches and go-to-market execution

· Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and product adoption

· Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams

· Background in supply chain, procurement, ESG, risk, or compliance solutions is essential

· Degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience

· Continuous professional development and certifications are advantageous
