Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist
Are you passionate about building secure, scalable infrastructure and keeping systems running smoothly? We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our growing technology team.
About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring our global infrastructure is secure, stable, and high-performing. You will also contribute to cloud architecture, system improvements, and support critical business operations.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and support cloud environments across Microsoft Azure and hosting platforms
• Act as a subject matter expert for infrastructure, supporting design, migration, and optimisation
• Monitor system performance, security, and network health, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and compliance with security standards like ISO27001
• Support deployments, releases, and infrastructure changes across environments
• Work closely with developers, QA, and project teams in an agile setup
• Drive infrastructure improvements, automation, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in infrastructure / cloud / system support roles
• Hands-on experience with Azure and cloud hosting environments
• Good knowledge of Linux, networking, firewalls, and system security
• Scripting experience (PowerShell / Bash / Terraform)
Microsoft and LINUX operating systems experience is an advantage
• Experience in deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins is a plus
