In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-efficiency geothermal heat pump heating and cooling systems in both residential and light commercial settings. Job Description – Pay Range: $22-$28 per hour

· Professionally install both forced air and water-to-water geothermal HVAC systems for residential and light commercial projects.

· Install low (24V) and high voltage (120/240 single-phase) electrical systems.

· Install geothermal piping, including PVC, copper pro-press, and HDPE pipe fusion.

· Adapt existing duct systems to integrate geothermal systems effectively.

· Understand and implement new construction duct systems.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.

· Work in both new construction and existing homes, either as part of a team or independently.

· Educate customers on the operation and benefits of their newly installed HVAC system.

· Guaranteed minimum 40-hour work week.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· 1+ years’ experience is required for a Geothermal Installer in any HVAC or RELATED field.

· Must possess standard HVAC hand tools. All specialty tools and training will be provided.

· Possess effective verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

· Must have an honest and dependable personality

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, & MVR

Geothermal Installation Helper

Job Description – Pay Range: $17-$22 per hour

• Assist in the installation of geothermal heat pump heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial projects.
• Work closely with the crew leader and geothermal installer, assisting with wiring, piping, ductwork, and more.
• Learn the full installation process by working alongside the installation leader.
• Perform tasks in both new construction and existing homes, either as part of a team or independently.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred, but not required for candidates with a hands-on work background.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Honest, dependable, and hardworking personality.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment testing, including background check and motor vehicle record (MVR).
