Job Description
ACCIONA is seeking a motivated and experienced Camp Coordinator to join the HumeLink East (HLE) Project. This is an exciting opportunity to support a major infrastructure project while playing a key role in managing the day-to-day accommodation needs for our civils team.
Based in the NSW regional area (Yass/Goulburn), this role will involve regular travel between our Yass and Adjungbilly camps, with a vehicle provided for this purpose. Reporting directly to the Operational Services Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for camp operations, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality support for all personnel on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accommodation booking and management systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.
- Support operational departments with general administrative duties and monitor emails.
- Manage the front desk and retail shop as required.
- Assist your team around the camp when required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a site administrator or camp coordinator, ideally within a remote camp, FIFO, or large infrastructure project environment.
- Strong working knowledge of accommodation booking and management systems.
- Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Current Full Driver’s Licence (essential).
- Construction White Card (essential).
- Flexibility to travel between camps in the Yass and Adjungbilly areas.
